Replacement windows for bathroom and toilet. 5 I have just had my bathroom and toilet windows replaced by Barnet Windows and am very pleased with the end result. White on the inside, rosewood finish on the outside. Have been very impressed with everyone I have dealt with, from Tommy who came and gave me a quotation to Kim, the installer, who did a fantastic job. Very tidy, little mess and all debris cleared away and removed. There was no hard sell, just a discussion about what would work best and then left for me to decide whether to proceed. I am glad I did proceed and I have no hesitation in recommending Barnet Window Company.

5 To make us happy, they are friendly, professional well organised. Good communications,survey property before instalation and have instalations manager arrive during fitting to ensure all correct. They arrive on time with all materials necessary and have back up such as rubbish collector who can also deliver any additional materials required. This enabled fitter to stay on site and concentrate on the main activity.Before and after sales are excellent.The fitters are very experienced do an excellent job, they stay on site and finish in allocated time scale. They are friendly and professional and take pride in their work. They do not leave until customer happy. They will amke adjustments to their work to ensure customer 100% satisfied. They leave the house as clean and tidy as when they arrived but with a new window fitted with NO exterior or interuior evidence around the window that a new unit has been fittedThe units (sash) are top quality and look very good particularly from the outside.They are all singing snd dancing enabling owner to clean windows from inside and escape from property if necessary.I would recommend Barnet windows to friends/family because they provide and excellent service and product but all this comes at a cost.That is why we have given 4 stars rather than 5 stars for value. There are other local companies offering a good product and service at avery cpmpetitive price.I know that Barnet windows are constantly looking to improve their products and I am aware of the difficulties of manufacturing UPVC window frames with all the additional mechanics to truly replicate the very delicate features of the original Victorian wooden windows.The company that achieves this will find themseles very busy as customers will flood to the company that can replicate the Victorian wooden sash window which are such a significant feature of these properties.In conclusion if yo want a professional operation with an excellent product installing on time and to the agreed price then Barnet Windows are the family company to deal with.

5 We had a very good experience with Barnet Window Company. We used them on our new house as they were very good on our last one. We were very much undecided on UPVC or wooden windows, but Tommy won us over with no hard sell whatsoever. Everyone at the company is pleasant and easy to work with. They call you back when they say they will and provided us with the best looking windows in the street. We only had one issue as the windows came with the wrong handles. They returned the next week and swapped them all over as soon as the correct ones were sent by the manufacturer. Top job! Very pleased!

5 I have used Barnet Window Company on two occasions so far and we are about to use them again. We have found them to be an excellent and friendly company to deal with from the initial sales visit all the way through to the installation. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to anybody.

Would recommend to a friend 5 I cannot recommend Barnet Windows enough. From the initial meeting right through to instillation, follow-up and snagging they have been brilliant. Having had a number of companies come round to quote I felt that I had the best rapport with Tommy. He understood what we were looking for, wasn’t pushy and sent a quote quickly. This great customer service and 'can do' mentality continued throughout the whole project and was the same with everyone I dealt with - I cannot fault their service. We replaced beautiful and very large leaded windows and a stained glass window with their Evolution windows and they now look even better than before. Visitors often mistake them for real wood and we have had a number of people knock on our door and ask who supplied them. I am particularly pleased with the stained glass window which they rebuilt for me and encased in a double glazed unit. They were also able to copy this window exactly for me from reclaimed glass so we could have another in our new loft conversion which looks stunning.Barnet were not the cheapest, but in my opinion they are the best and very good value for the quality product and service you get. They are a small family run, local firm and I am passionate about supporting local businesses that treat you as an individual and take pride in their work rather than the larger national firms where you are just a number. I would not hesitate to recommend Barnet Windows and am happy to show anyone my lovely new windows!
