Specialises in One to one and group pilates and yoga sessions. Also offer neck, back and shoulder massage. Experience: 19 Years I have been teaching Yoga since 2001 and Pilates since 2006. For Yoga I trained in the bahamas with Sivanada living on an ashram and fully immersed in yoga life. For Pilates I initially trained with Michael King but have also studied techniques from other schools including Stott Pilates. I teach a Vinyasa Flow style class predominantly but can adapt according to the students I am teaching. I have also practiced Ashtanga to second series and I use parts of the practice when teaching. Yoga changed my life dramatically and I am passionate about passing on the knowledge I received to enrich others lives whether that be mentally, physically or spiritually. I believe in mindfulness and also teach and practice meditation. I believe that Yoga and Pilates are not only forms of exercise but are also food for the soul!
