Maternity Cover - Full and part time considered We are looking for an ambitious, team player, both friendly and confident. You must be flexible and a great communicator and ideally live locally. We are a predominantly private practice, covering both general and cosmetic dentistry. The practice is well established in the area and we have amazing patients and a great team atmosphere. 1-2 years of experience as a dental practice manager role is preferred. The role requires you to - Work to targets - Bring in new income and patients - have a good Understanding of KPI - have experience in HR management (hire, appraisals, meetings); essential As the Dental practice/Business manager, for our practice in Winchmore Hill your responsibilities will include:- Ensure everything is serviced and maintained in line with current legislation, maintenance of equipment, repairs and utilities. Liaise with accountants monthly, setting financial targets, create and implement business plans, create strategic objectives. Manage all recruitment and selection procedures in line with current guidelines, build training and development for the team, create and maintain accurate CPD records for all team members, organize practice team meetings. Patient Journey process & procedures, deal with our website & social media A Strong business / marketing background will be considered.
