Highly experienced Soft Tissue Therapist based in Palmers Green I use a combination of manual therapies, including deep tissue massage, osteopathic techniques, stretching and medical acupunture to treat: • Musculoskeletal injuries - back pain, neck pain, shoulder problems including frozen shoulder, tennis elbow, knee, hip and ankle pain, plantar fasciitis. Extensive experience of dealing with post-operative care for knee/hip replacements, knee ligament repairs, and spinal surgery alongside physiotherapists. • Chronic pain & tension including postural/work related problems and fibromyalgia, plus stroke/neurological related issues. • Sports massage to aid recovery/improve sports performance – particularly beneficial if you are training for an event. • Lymphatic drainage massage (MLD) for lymphoedema, oedema & water retention. Highly beneficial post chemotherapy, cosmetic or orthopaedic surgery. • Oncology massage – to aid recovery during and post cancer treatment to help reduce side effects, including scar tissue management, cording, as well as palliative care. • Spinal mobilisation to loosen stiff back and neck. • Pregnancy massage and post-natal massage. Exceptional massage therapist 5 I went to Lorna for a post partum massage and to help pain in my neck and shoulders caused by breast feeding. She is professional, knowledgeable and understanding which was important to me after having recently gone through pregnancy and childbirth. The massage was targeted at the problem areas and done sensitively whilst not causing any discomfort it fixed the issue in one session. One of the best massage I’ve had. Highly recommended.

Lymphatic drainage massage for lymphoedema 5 Would highly recommend Lorna as I'm so pleased after my first visit. I noticed an improvement straight away with my leg lymphoedema after the lymphatic drainage massage. Also Lorna is very friendly and chatty, completely putting you at ease. Looking forward to going back for my next sessions.

Lymphatic Drainage Massage 5 I have visited Lorna a few times for lymphatic drainage massages and I am very pleased with the improvement in my arm. I am many years post-cancer surgery and I should have come years ago! Lorna is a lovely lady and so easy to talk to. I look forward to my appointments with her. Lymphatic massage and deep tissue 5 I have been visiting Lorna for the past 2 months. I love the deep tissue massage but have also had the lymphatic massage to help with slight swelling in my arm post cancer and chemo, which is gone for now so has definately helped. I would highly recommend Lorna and feel lucky she is right on our doorstep.
