Lettings & Property Management Apprenticeship (ARLA Level 3 Qualification – 18 Months) £17,500 - £19,000 Salary (DOE) + Car Allowance (£1,950 p/annum) + Bonus – Year 1 OTE: £22,000. We are looking for a Junior in our Residential Lettings & Property Managements departments to work as part of a small team with our experienced Lettings Manager and Property Manager, to handle incoming property enquiries, conduct viewings and assist with our canvassing activity to secure new business across our two offices in Palmers Green and Enfield. You will also provide support across the Lettings & Property Management departments, to include administration, and handling property maintenance issues. This is an opportunity for the right person to earn, whilst learning on the job. We are a motivated, supportive, and experienced team who will provide coaching, so you can excel and build a career in Estate Agency. You will be responsible for: • Effectively registering new applicants and matching them to suitable properties • Organising & carrying out viewings and providing feedback to our clients • Maintaining a quality database of perspective tenants and landlords • Negotiating offers received • Developing an in-depth understanding of the local market place • Working closely with colleagues to identify and maximise new business opportunities • Leading our canvassing efforts, to secure new business and brand awareness across the areas we cover • Operating in accordance with relevant laws and legislation • Assessing and managing maintenance issues across a portfolio of 150+ properties This is an opportunity for someone local.
