Great service 5 Called Kevin on Monday about our broken aerial and he was able to come to us on Friday. The job was trickier than Kevin first thought but he explained the issues and the options and didn’t charge us any extra for the job. Being able to pay on card was also very helpful!

new loft aerial 5 Amazing service. After years of interference from buses and lorries, problem sorted in less than an hour. Kevin and Andy came next day fitted a loft aerial, cables, 2 points etc. Really friendly kept us fully informed with some great advice. Extremely reasonable (alot cheaper than competitors) I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending. Thankyou

Aerial issue resolved 5 I contacted Jupiter Aerials after reading the reviews here. My tv signal was getting worse and worse until I could only get a few Freeview channels. Not good during lockdown. So happy to find they were still working and arranged to come round. They found the problem really quickly and resolved it and replaced my very old aerial and wire. Very reasonable and I would definitely recommend them.

No TV signal 5 My 80yr old dad has been unable to get a tv signal for a year and we felt it was an onerous and costly task to identify and rectify the fault as all the wires were hidden under wooden floors or within walls. So I looked at the recommendations here and called Kevin. He came within 2 days and identified and rectified the problem within 90 minutes. He was methodical in his approach and quickly found the fault though resolving it was a lengthier process. His service was excellent and the price was reasonable. He is also very funny. Definitely will use again.

Jupiter Aerials 5 We called Kevin from Jupiter Aerials on Monday about a long standing aerial problem & he booked an appointment for today. He arrived in the allotted time space & listened to the problem we have been experiencing. After checking the TV, loft aerial & cable he diagnosed the problem & swiftly went about replacing the cable. Problem sorted, no fuss, quick professional service all with a smile & at a very reasonable cost. Highly recommended. Thanks Kevin!

Jupiter Aerials 5 Got a link to Kevin At Jupiter Aerial from Love your doorstep Enfield, our aerial and 4 meter pole was brought crashing down onto the roof on Sunday in the high wind. Well Kevin took our details and arrived when he said he would, the pole and new aerial along with new cabling was done in no time, we knew we were having signaling issues before this as nearly all our TV’s we’re pixelating, Kevin sorted this issue out as well, a very professional and courteous service and also a very reasonable price. Very impressed and will definitely recommend Jupiter Aerials to everyone. *****

Linking to aerial 5 Jupiter Aerials have just left me and now I can watch all the channels on my TV. Checked out socket, located aerial in the loft, cable to connect to TV threaded behind new units and all done in super quick time. Very satisfied.

TV Antenna replacement 5 Found Kevin on the LYDS website for a friend. She was very happy with his work in replacing her digital UHF antenna. She says she now gets much better signal strengths than before & stations on Freeview she didn't know existed! Thanks for your help Kevin.

10/10 5 I second the previous review. Booked Kevin to mount TV on my wall. Arrived on time - he definitely knows his stuff, his experience was priceless and TV was on my plasterboard wall in no time and aerial neatly/professionally extended. Very reasonable pricewise. 10/10 would recommend.

Aerial not connected 5 I cannot recommend Kevin enough - friendly, knowledgeable, had good advice and very reasonnable. He connected a new aerial and wired in 2 rooms in an hour and made sure all working before he left. First class!

TV Repair 5 As a single mom coming home to find the 2yr old tv had stopped working from a faulty board I didn't know how i was going to resolve this problem. LYDS recommended Jupiter Aerials and Kevin came to the rescue. I found Kevin to be very polite, friendly and full of knowledge, he managed to save me a substantial amount of money in the process and I am truly grateful for his help.
