Floating Kitchen Shelves 5 Steve and his team did a fantastic job designing, constructing and fitting two very long shelves with lights in our kitchen as well as a bespoke bookshelf on a landing. We’d highly recommend them if you want a top quality and lasting piece of joinery done and they were always collaborative and sensitive in the design process. Installation was quick but thorough and we’re absolutely delighted with the end result. Well worth it.

Loft wardrobes 5 We are over the moon with the wardrobes that Steve and his team built for a somewhat awkward space for our loft. It was well worth waiting for him to be free to build the wardrobes. People who provide a quality product are often busy - but Steve kept in touch regularly about the realistic time frame so there were no surprise delays. The wardrobes look like they are “part of” the room and fit perfectly in the space. Would definitely recommend.

Planned to perfection 5 Steve was fantastic. He came out and looked at what we needed and followed up with clear and detailed drawings. We then agreed the work and he got everything completed to the agreed timescales. On install day, 3 of them turned up and completed the job professional to perfection within 8 hours. Media Wall with Electric Fireplace, shelves and cupboards 5 Steve and Paul have created a totally bespoke media wall for us and every part of the process was delivered with our needs in mind. Steve was patient with my questions about the design drawings. He took my requests for changes to the drawing in his stride. Our unit included in built light strips and an electric fireplace and both were fitted perfectly. In order to install our shelves we needed a plumber to remove our radiators and Steve also arranged for this to be done on our behalf. As things changed with our design Steve kept me in the loop throughout. He and Paul have just done the final step of installing the unit and they both were careful to respect our existing floors/walls/furniture and left our space exactly how they found it - with the addition of our gorgeous new unit. Would happily recommend this business to anyone who is looking for high quality results.

Loft conversion wardrobes 5 Really pleased with Steve’s and his team’s work and couldn’t recommend them enough. Steve designed, built and fitted some wardrobes into an awkward space in our loft conversion. Really professional and tidy. The wardrobes look great. I was very impressed with care he took remeasuring after the quote and then templating the wardrobes so we have an absolute perfect fit. Shutters 5 Steve and his team (Todd) did a great job making bespoke shutters for the front bay windows of my late victorian era house. Shutters for the side panes were already in place and they made a very sympathetic set of shutters to cover the central pane. Given that the existing shutters weren't square/symmetrical this wasn't the easiest of tasks. The guys were very polite and conscientious and left everything need and tidy on the day. Recommended.

AMAZING FRONT DOOR 5 Steve and his team have recently created the most amazing front door for our family home. It has absolutely transformed the overall aesthetics of the house. Amazing Donation by Steven and his team! 5 We are a school in Enfield. We are setting up a Nurture room in our school and we were in need of a foldable table to save space. I called Steven to ask him if he could help us in any way ? To ask if he had any ideas of what the table might look like etc. Steven was so helpful, he came and visited our school, measured up and said that as it was for the school and for the 'Nurture room', that he would do the work for free. He was aware that as the SENCo of the school I was trying to revamp the room with no budget. This was incredible news! Not only did he and his team provide the materials for free, they fitted and made the table for us for free. On top of this work he also suggested that one of the bookshelves we had could, have cupboard doors fitted on to them. He also said he could do this work for free. We appreciated this even more so as we were aware of the effects of Covid on small businesses. Not only did Steve and his team provide us with so many incredible things for our room free of charge, they were friendly, they were professional and the final outcome was beautiful. We are very thankful and we highly recommend Steven and his team, their kindness will be felt by so many children and their craftsmanship treasured. Thank you.

Steve visited our property and designed a fabulous dressing room which not only met our needs but provided us with a great space to fit all our clothings. Fitted Wardrobes 5 We can not recommend Steve Cawdrey and his team enough. He came and quoted for two lots of wardrobes one being in a really difficult position in the eves, for this we had to have sliding doors. The second set was more straight forward but I requested certain elements to be included internally, which were all met. The quote was not the lowest but was most definitely not the highest, it was really reasonable. The whole process from design to fit out was made so easy by Steve even with me wanting a certain colour. They turned up on the day they said they would, on time and fitted the wardrobes and left the bedrooms cleaner than when they arrived. The product is of the highest quality and as tradesmen go they were so very professional and considerate it was a pleasure to have them in my home, at times you forget they were there. We are so happy that we are going to contact them again for some internal doors, I only wish they had provided my kitchen. Thanks Steve & Team

Top quality, craftmanship and reliability 5 I contacted Steve Cawdery to make three windows that were to be fitted on site with specially commissioned stained glass. Steve was responsive to my initial enquiry, attended on site and talked me through what would be needed. He provided me with a quote a day later which I accepted. I left it to Steve and the stained glass artist to liaise over exact measurements. Steve and a colleague, Paul, came back to us earlier this week to carry out the job. I was nervous as the new windows had to be millimetre perfect to fit the stained glass with no problems. I needn't have worried. A perfect job, the removal of the old windows and installation of the new windows was carried out with a minimum of fuss and zero damage to the surrounds. The glass fitted perfectly and looks fabulous. As a bonus both Paul and Steve then cleaned up after they finished, both inside and on the drive outside. Absolutely no hesitation in recommending Steve and his company for top quality, fairly priced craftmanship and reliability.

Hi-Fi Cabinet 5 I had been looking for a Hi-Fi cabinet for about 2 years but could not find what I wanted. I decided to order one with Steve and he made the unit exactly to my specifications and even added some extra touches that I hadn't thought of. They have so far designed and fitted in my home two floor to ceiling wardrobes and a further unit in high gloss finish in my dining room - they are all stunning! Bespoke Hall cupboard 5 We love the cupboard Steve and his partner fitted. The quality is great and the joinery beautiful. Great attention to detail and everything turned out just right. Even the final finishing off was done with corking round the small gap. I would definitely recommend Steve and his team. Well done!

SKILLED CRAFTSMAN 5 I have had various items made by Steve and cannot recommend him highly enough. He works on every piece with care and attention to detail and he and his team are prompt and ensure that you wouldn't know they had been in your house - apart from the beautiful piece of furniture they leave behind! He first made wardrobes and a bookcase/desk for us over 20 years ago and they still look and work as perfectly as the day they were first built and installed. I have recommended him to many friends and colleagues who are also extremely pleased with the work provided. I would definitely use him again and again!

5 Steve and his team have done lots of joinery for us over the years including bespoke cabinets and doors. Our house has all sorts of angles to contend with making the jobs harder. Steve’s drawings really help visualise how the project is going to look. The results arealways 100% professional and nothing is too much trouble. I always feel I’m safe hands with Steve and love the work he’s done in our house. Can’t recommend him enough!

Steve Cawdery Bespoke Furniture 5 We commissioned Steve to make wooden shutters for our Victorian bay window. He has done a simply superb job. Our house is terribly uneven (clay soil base) so this was not an easy job to get right. The shutters fit perfectly, look wonderful and we couldn't recommend Steve too highly. Costs, timescale and details along the way were communicated to us clearly. We won't hesitate to call on him again for any joinery work we might need.
