Some clients say is like a Yoga massage, very deep and effective, based in Traditional Oriental medicine. 2. My signature massage: Yin Yang Deep Tissue Sports Massage – Targeted techniques to relieve chronic muscle pain, stiffness, and aid recovery of injuries or disfunctions. 3. Reiki Energy Healing – Gentle energy work to promote relaxation and emotional well-being. 4. Pregnancy massage. I have been practicing Shiatsu and massage for over 24 years now and all my treatments blend ancestral oriental knowledge and western techniques. 5. Learn the Art of Gentle Touch Workshops. Welcoming 5 Ruth warmly welcomed me, listened attentively, explained the process of the session and was wholly professional throughout She was calm and attuned during the massage. Her pace and touch was just right, when necessary she asked about the effects of pressure and reminded me about breathing and body awareness. I would strongly recommend Ruth for expertise in Sports massage, Shiatsu and Reiki.

Sports massage 5 I had a wonderful and much needed sports massage by Ruth today.I was so grateful she responded to my request so quickly as I was in a lot of pain, and she was able to do a home visit. She’s really friendly and put me at ease straight away. Shes very professional and knowledgable in her field and after an hours massage my pain has eased immensely. After the massage Ruth sat with me and demonstrated the exercises I needed to do on a daily basis to keep the muscle stretched. There was a huge difference in my mobility from when she arrived to when she left.I would highly recommend her and will be looking to book another treatment with her very soon. Thankyou Ruth

5 A friend recommended Ruth with respect to performing a sports massage following a recent injury. Ruth's studio is welcoming, clean, calm and serene. Before starting we went through a thorough question and answer session to assess my particular issue and the best massage to aid my recovery. The massage itself was relaxing with Ruth ensuring I was comfortable throughout. Following the massage we discussed different stretches to assist my recovery which I could do at home. I'm more than happy to recommend Ruth to others who require a sports massage, reiki or anything similar.

Heartfelt Hands review 5 Since having a weekly massage with Ruth I don’t have so much pain and tension in my body. I have Parkinson’s and one of the symptoms is stiff joints. A massage with Ruth helps to make my joints more supple. I feel very relaxed after my massage and the effects last throughout the week until my next massage. Ruth puts me at ease in her company and is both professional and friendly towards her clients.

Shiatsu Massage 5 I saw Ruth today for a therapy swop and had a deep tissue massage- it was amazing. She used Shiatsu Massage and it was a Deep massage. I' m also a therapist myself and work with people everyday, so I really valued taking some time out for my own self care and it was time well spent. I would whole heartedly praise her for her approach and skills- Thank you Ruth- its made so much difference to my back which soo needed this treatment. I look forward to offering her the same sanctuary next week.
