Building work 5 Fantastic service on more than one occasion. Couldn't recommend them enough. Prompt service. I have used SMS for exterior rendering and plasterwork as well as interior and exterior painting. Very professional and good communication plus when I accidentally overpaid they informed me immediately and refunded the money straight away. I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again.

Great service and job well done 5 I contacted Perlat on Friday for a quote on fixing a job that we have put off for a very long time. He came on Saturday- on time, inspected and give us a quote that was great for us and within our budget. Perlat started the job on Wednesday morning and worked through until we were all happy with it. Above and beyond for us. Really takes pride in his work. And I just want to add- what a friendly and easy going person he is. Oh and patient with my occasional outrageous requests. I am so happy we have found him and I highly recommend him.

Bathroom fixtures 5 Contacted on the Thursday via email to help put up my bathroom fixtures. Perlat called me that same day and we agreed for him to start the very next day (Friday). He arrived on time and his work was to a high standard. Clearly takes pride in his work. Will be using again.

Pointing 5 I would like to thank SM Construction and Maintenance Ltd for coming round at short notice to do some maintenance work on the outside of my property and also sorting out my blocked drain.They were very professional and polite.I would highly recommend them for any handy jobs that needs to be done inside and outside of your property.
