Clean Ears Direct 5 Booked online, paid deposit and had the appt for my elderly mum on a Saturday. Very convenient as live local to town. After a check of both ears only one of her ears was cleaned as had a bit of wax build up. This was done there and then. Very professional and would highly recommend. A very easy service from start to finish.

Great service! 5 I had both my ears cleared by Clean Ears Direct this afternoon. It’s an excellent, quick and efficient service that produced an immediate improvement to my hearing after suffering from two blocked ear canals for several weeks. There was a slight issue with my initial appointment, but staff kindly offered me another appointment at a later time, on the same day – which I was able to attend. I would like to express my gratitude on a number of counts: Thank you for rescheduling my appointment! Thank you so much for your kind gestures to make up for the issue with my initial appointment! And thank you for your great customer service and professionalism when it came to clearing my blocked ears! The microsuction service was gentle but professional. Great to have this service locally 5 Good to know that if you need extra visits or need to see the ENT consultant its all included in the one fee....excellent service and value for money
