No hot water or flame 5 Luke come to me last min (only messaged the night before and he booked me in for the next morning) he was able to squeeze us in despite it being the Christmas period and his busy schedule.
First impressions count, talking to him via messenger after him being recommended via Facebook he was really friendly and informative and answered the questions I had.
Upon arrival very well mannered and presentable and removed his shoes before entering.
Fast passed and again answered the questions I had and spoke through what he was doing, the job was over and done with in minutes.
Thanks again for coming to the rescue

Heating /Water/Boiler Issue 5 Contacted Luke by email and explained the issue with my heating and hot water. He contacted me back straight away and was that my address by the next day. I explained the issue with my heating and water. He checked everything and explain to me what was wrong and how we could fix it for me. He went off. He got the parts he returned with his apprentice Leo and within an a short period of time everything was fixed and working.
He also gave the boiler a full service, which I hadn’t originally requested, but I knew one was needed and he was able to do that for me as well.
He fully explained everything that he had done.
Pricing was very reasonable, he was very professional, friendly, patient and I would highly recommend Lukes plumbing
