Blood pressure Blood Glucose Cholesterol Weight and BMI Latest figures from the office of national statistics show there are currently 1 million people living with undiagnosed type 2 diabetes. Our mission at Discovering Diabetes UK is to find individuals at risk or living with undiagnosed diabetes and provide advice and support.
